Fatima Sankoh
Fatima joined The Primary Care Gambling Service team in August 2023, as a Non-Clinical Care Coordinator. Fatima has worked in the NHS for many years and is proud to now work within The Primary Care Gambling Service.
Whilst working within the NHS Fatima has gained a lot of training, experience and insight about patient care. These skills are transferrable and have proven useful when dealing with patients who suffer from gambling harms.
Since joining the team, Fatima has learned a great amount about gambling harms and how it affects a person's mental health and others around them. "Knowing we are helping patients overcome their gambling harms, thrive and have a better quality of life is very satisfying and fulfilling".
